A generous territory

Our dishes contain the gastronomic history of the Lower Piacenza area, told through the raw materials and local products. The cured meats, the fresh homemade pasta, the river fish and the typical meats of the area, the traditional desserts, and the DOC wines of the Piacenza Hills are the many chapters of a long culinary history that tells a past that speaks of us. And it is for this reason that we carefully choose all our ingredients, preferring when possible seasonal products and zero-kilometer farmers-producers.
